The relationship between organizations and society
The Journey of the Pipper Standard Bottle: Design with Purpose and Care
At Pipper Standard, our journey began with a simple yet profound mission: to create cleaning products born from the needs of our own family. After successfully developing a pineapple-based laundry detergent—powered by Active Bromelain enzymes that clean as effectively as chemical alternatives while remaining safe for people and the planet—we faced a new challenge. In a marketplace dominated by industrial giants, how could we communicate our unique identity at a single glance?

Healthy Kit
From Vision to Visual Identity
Walking down any supermarket aisle, one is met with a sea of conventional brands. To stand out, we knew our packaging had to be more than just a container; it had to tell our story. We collaborated with a renowned designer, Khun Om, to explore four distinct design concepts:
- Healthy Kit: Inspired by a first-aid kit, symbolizing healing and relief.
- Modern Living: Focused on high-functioning efficiency and a minimalist aesthetic.
- The Research Lab: Reflecting the scientific innovation of our researchers.
- Natural Roots: Highlighting the organic pineapples that are the heart of our formula.
After careful consideration, we chose to fuse the Healthy Kit and Modern Living concepts. This reflects our core belief: “Good health starts at home.”

Human-Centric Design and Engineering
Our bottle was meticulously crafted with the user in mind—specifically the modern woman who balances a busy lifestyle. Over four months of collaboration with Khun Om and Khun Prasan, a leading plastic manufacturer, we refined every detail.
The design underwent numerous iterations—adjusting the handle’s grip, the bottle’s volume, and the weight—to ensure it was comfortable to hold and easy to pour. We even integrated a measuring cup into the cap for precise usage. We transitioned from early prototypes to the iconic shape you see today, overcoming technical challenges like leak prevention and neck durability through constant feedback and engineering refinements.
Sustainability and the “Circular” Bottle
In line with our commitment to the environment, we chose HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), a fully recyclable plastic. We have since launched the “Kh.Khuad Pipper” (Pipper Bottle) Recycling Program, which utilizes PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic. By taking back used bottles and transforming them into new packaging, we are actively reducing single-use plastic waste and promoting a circular economy.
The Aesthetics of Safety
While many brands use bold, aggressive colors to grab attention, we chose a palette of pastels, creamy whites, and soft greens. These colors evoke a sense of health, tranquility, and environmental friendliness—perfectly fitting a Muji-style home.
Furthermore, the “child-like” font chosen by our designer signifies safety and gentleness. While some may mistake Pipper Standard for a baby-only brand, this design choice reflects our philosophy that if a product is safe enough for a child, it is the best choice for the whole family.
